VMA brings seasoned Business Development, Marketing, and Management Consulting expertise in the enterprise and government markets, with executives accumulating over 75 years’ experience developing successful program management and revenue generating strategies for small and large businesses.

Vaughn Sanders, Founder and Principal, developed an exceptional career which includes representing Verizon Federal as the Senior National Account Director in the White House (Executive Office of the President), White House Communications Agency, and the entire Navy National Capitol Region. Mr. Sanders developed Sales and Business Development strategy, generating and managing over $100 million in total billing revenue in Government Accounts for Large Corporations and Small Businesses. Additionally, Mr. Sanders serves as a Senior Level "Client Management Liaison" between the client and the program management team to ensure all requirements are executed. Mr. Sanders transitioned to the Small Business arena and became experienced in understanding the SBA (Small Business Administration) arena (GSA 8(a), Woman Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran), and its importance to partner with large corporations in serving the public and private sector.

Linda Gottschalk, Senior Business Consultant, has an extensive leadership career focusing on identifying, managing, and achieving the objectives of diverse Fortune 100 partners and clients including GM, Fannie Mae, Microsoft, Target, MasterCard and Office Depot. She has successfully managed global teams in the areas of complex contract negotiations, risk management, sales, and successful customer experiences. Ms. Gottschalk brings senior level Management Consulting and Fortune 100 organizational process driven expertise and strategy to the VMA team. Dr. Adrian Adams, Chief Strategy Officer, has been committed to helping licensed hemp cultivators, processors, and dispensary licensees stand up their businesses with operational partners nationwide. A longtime advocate for the Social Equity Community as NYS Director of Minorities for Medical Marijuana, as well as the rest of the country via the NCIA DEI Committee. Dr. Adams is an expert in CBD products in the medical community, as well as the Industrial Hemp Industry. Under VMA Worldwide, LLC, Dr. Adams takes a leadership role in overseeing the US Government Industrial Hemp Initiative to support hemp challenges across government agencies in addressing climate and rural development through hemp farming products and services, with an overall strategy to revitalize rural economies by providing an alternative, profitable crop for farmers, fostering and sustaining economic growth in rural communities.
